Shipping & Handling
We ship from Guam to anywhere in the United States.
Order processing time and shipping out of Guam takes anywhere from 7-14 days. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Insurance is included in the shipping cost.
We do not ship to Guam. For all local orders, merchandise will be available for pick-up within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed. Pick-up location is at Lin’s Jewelry Co. in Micronesia Mall Theater Wing during normal business hours.
Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept returns and cancellations, but please read the conditions of our policy:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
- We do not accept exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
- Unless damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized orders.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
